1/2 oz Strega& herbal liqueur
5 oz hot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar
Method
Pour coffee and liquor into an irish coffee cup and sweeten to taste. Gently float the cream on top, and sprinkle with nutmeg.
Serve : Irish Coffee Cup

Description

Ingredients
1/2 kg coarsely chopped cranberries
3/4 liter sugar
1/2 liter light rum
MethodPlace the chopped cranberries in a 2 liter jar that has a tight-fitting lid. Add the sugar and rum. Adjust the lid securely and place the jar in a cool, dark place. Invert the jar and shake it every day for six weeks.
When ready, strain the cordial into bottles and seal with corks.

Ingredients
3 dl sugar
4 1/2 dl rye malt whiskey
4 - 5 liters water
1 tbsp yeast
Method
Put rye malt and sugar in a bucket. Boil water and pour it in the bucket. Let the mixture cool down and drain filter it. Dissolve yeast in a bit of kotikalja and add it to kotikalja. Leave the bucket until next day in room temperature (20 C). Cool down the drink. Kotikalja stays drinkable 3-4 days stored in closed bucket or bottles in a cold place.

A delicious recipe for Raspberry Citrus Punch, with pineapples, orange juice, water, sugar, raspberries, grapefruit juice, soda water and ginger ale. Also lists similar drink recipes.
Ingredients
92 oz canned pineapples
8 cups strained orange juice
4 cups water
2 cups sugar
1 cup raspberries
46 oz can grapefruit juice
2 qt chilled soda water
2 qt chilled ginger ale
Method1. Force raspberries through a sieve to remove the seeds.
2. Combine sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to a boil and boil until sugar is dissolved to make a simple syrup.
2. Combine orange juice, raspberries, pineapple juice, grapefruit juice and simple syrup. Chill. When ready to serve, add soda water and ginger ale. (Serves 100.)

Description
A delicious recipe for The Pickle Barrel, with vodka, tequila, rum, gin, triple sec, iced tea and sugar. Also lists similar drink recipes.
Ingredients
1 oz vodka
1 oz tequila
1 oz rum
1 oz gin
1 oz triple sec
1 splash iced tea
1/2 tsp sugar
Method
Pour ingredients together over ice in a tall glass. Pour into a cocktail shaker and give one brisk shake. Pour back into glass. Garnish with a lemon. Add sugar to taste, and serve.
