KANNADA KANNADA is a popular Kannadiga language in which the word “kane” comes from “kaane”.
The word means “to make, produce, produce” and was first used by Kannadi farmers in the 1930s.
Today, Kannadic people are spoken across Tamil Nadu and Karnataka.
In Kannadas language, kane means “good”, “good luck” or “good fortune”.
In English, “good” means “fortunate” or, in other words, a good thing.
