The official website of the Japanese television drama Halo: The Fall of Reach has posted a new preview of the first season of the hit sci-fi series Halo: Fall of Light.
The new trailer is set to air on April 3, 2020, at 10:00 p.m.
(PT) on ABC.
The first season will follow the fall of Reach, a human colony in the Reach system that was abandoned by the UNSC after a nuclear war.
The Fall, as it is commonly known, will take place at the end of the second Covenant War, in 2025.
The Halo:Fall of Light trailer is not a full-length trailer, but rather a 30-second clip, with a different style for each episode.
The teaser features a different camera angle, a different lighting style, and more action shots.
The show will have no major cliffhangers, but there will be some characters, as well as a special moment for each of the original cast members.
“It’s an homage to the original Halo trilogy, which was created by Microsoft, the studio behind Halo 3, Halo: Combat Evolved, Halo 4, Halo 5, and Halo: Spartan Assault,” 343 Industries President Marc Whitten wrote on the Halo:The Fall of Star Trek: Legacy website.
“We’re excited to be working with this original series, which is currently in production and slated for release sometime in 2020.
Halo fans and Halo fans in general will be thrilled with the Fall of light.”
The Fall is set in 2025 and follows a new generation of Reach soldiers.
The story will feature some new characters, including a new Master Chief and a new Chief Engineer.
Fans of the Halo series will be pleased to see that 343 Industries is bringing Halo to a whole new generation.
The studio is also planning a new Halo game, which has yet to be named.
